The goal of the Terrell ISD Citizens Facility Committee is to be a voice for the entire community in the facility planning process by reviewing the Long-Range Facility Plan to develop a bond recommendation that will address current facility needs, create

educational excellence for students, position the district for future growth and can be supported by the Terrell ISD community.
