Kindergarten Enrollment & Registration
Welcome Terrell Tiger Class of 2034! Whether you are joining us from the W.H. Burnett Pre-K or Headstart programs or are brand new to the District we are thrilled
to have you and look forward to serving your student in our classrooms. During the first week of school your student will receive their commemorative "Class Of" t-shirts.
CONTINUING TISD STUDENT FROM W.H.BURNETT
Every year, TISD students are required to complete updated registration forms for the upcoming school year. This is done online via Parent Portal. Registration forms for the 2021-2022 school year will be available beginning March 1.
NEW TISD KINDER STUDENT
Let's get started! To enroll your student(s) for the 2020-2021 school year at Terrell ISD, please follow the steps below.
Step 1 - Gather the Required Documents

Birth Certificate

Social Security Card (preferred)
-
Photo ID of person enrolling new student

Immunization Records
-
Proof of Residency- Water or electric bill in guardians' name or Lease/mortgage agreement in guardian's name

Withdraw papers from previous district

Foster documentation (if applicable)
Step 2 - Create a Parent Portal Account & Complete Online Enrollment

Create Parent Portal account (the link to Parent Portal can be found on the homepage of the TISD website by clicking the gear icon in the top right corner of the screen).

In mid-summer, parents will receive an email to finalize the enrollment process of their child in Terrell ISD.

BY APPOINTMENT ONLY: Take all required documents to your child's campus. You must have physical copies of each document. Digital copies will not be accepted or printed on-site.
MEET THE TEACHER & KINDER ORIENTATION
You and your student will have the opportunity to come to campus for a tour and chance to meet your teacher and principal. When Meet the Teacher and Kinder Orientation dates are scheduled they will be posted below.
