At-home learners, if you are experiencing issues logging in, using your digital devices, or knowing where to go virtually, please follow the steps below.

 

  • Check your email: Please log into your student Terrell ISD email to check for emails from your teachers. Your email address is your five digit student ID number followed by @terrellisd.org. The password is whatever password the student selected and used to sign into computers on campus. If they are a new student, their password is defaulted to 12345 and upon login will be prompted to create a new password. If you are a returning student and do not remember your password, please contact the designated IT Support team member on your campus listed below.

  • Ask your teacher: If there is not an email in your student email inbox and you have verified your information in Parent Portal is correct, please email your teacher directly for Google Classroom codes. All District emails follow the formula firstname.lastname@terrellisd.org. If you need help locating a teacher's email address, please email us at info@terrellisd.org.

  • Request Tech Support: If you have completed the steps above and your issue is still not resolved, please complete the Request Tech Support Form. Your designated IT Support team member will routinely monitor the responses and connect with you via the provided email and phone number entered in the help request form.
