If your child would benefit from a rigorous learning environment that focuses on project based learning, consider applying for the Global Leadership Academy. Our highly qualified teachers provide a challenging academic environment while ensuring that students have both voice and choice. Our small campus size has a family-like feel and our students, teachers and parents work together to ensure the needs of every child is met.

In Terrell ISD, Global Leadership Academy is considered a "choice school" and admittance into the school is a two-step process. First, a student must take the gifted and talented examination. Please Note: Being identified for gifted and talented services does not automatically qualify a student for GLA. Second, students must apply to attend GLA. There are limited spaces at each grade level. Once available spaces are filled, students interested in GLA will be placed on a waiting list.
