Terrell ISD will provide a Free and Appropriate Public Education to children with disabilities. Based on the ARD Committee’s decision, the following programs are available within or through Terrell ISD:

Behavior Adjustment Class (BAC)

Community-Based Instruction
Early Childhood Special Education (Ages three through five)
Hospital/Homebound
Speech Therapy
