Special Education
Special Education is specially designed instruction delivered through an appropriate environment for the child’s needs. To receive special education services, a child must meet criteria defined by the Texas Education Agency (TEA) and the IDEIA of 2004 (Individuals with Disabilities Education Improvement Act of 2004).
