Board Goals
Goal One:
Recruit and retain excellent teachers.
Goal Two:
Implement Multi-Tiered Systems of Support for intervention for students with academic and behavioral needs, including students who have experienced trauma or have explosive behaviors that interfere with learning.
Goal Three:
Create a long-term facilities plan that allows for future growth and aging facilities.
Goal Four:
Increase parental engagement with all parents, including providing education and outreach.
