Current and/or recently withdrawn students' transcripts are available from the campus in which the student was most recently enrolled. Please see your Counselor for assistance.
Requests for student records by that student's parent or guardian may be handled directly by the principal at the school campus. Board policy permits the principal to provide one copy of the student's educational record for the parent or guardian free of charge. Any additional copies require copy charges as per Board Policy GBA.
To obtain a copy of a student's transcript or Education Verification records, please complete the Records Release Form below. Transcripts can be mailed or picked up in person at the Terrell ISD Administration Building located at 700 N Catherine St.
*Please note that Terrell ISD does not reproduce high school diplomas. If you are in need of a document to verify high school graduation, please complete the transcript request below.
