Special Parent/Student
Program |
All students and parents are
invited to a special program on Thursday,
February 11, 6 to 7 pm, in the High
Street Gym. The speakers for this event will be
Vicki Miller, TISD Student Services Director, and
Judge Mike Smith. The main topic of discussion
will be the importance of attendance and will
include some side topics on attendance.

Preschool Screening |
Terrell ISD Special
Services is conducting a free
preschool screening for children who reside within
the district. The screening is for children
between the ages of 3 and 5 years old who may be
slow in developing, have visual, hearing, or
speech problems, or who may have a physical
impairment. The screening will be held on
February 23, 24, and 25 at Burnett Elementary
located at 921 S. Rockwall St. Please call TISD
Special Services at 972-563-7580 to schedule an
appointment. |

Become a TISD VIPS, volunteer in public
schools. Volunteer training is required.
