**The deadline for in-district and out-of-district transfers for the 2024-2025 academic year is Thursday, May 24, 2024.
Registration Assistance Nights
All NEW AND RETURNING students are required to register/enroll their child for the upcoming school year before they may attend school. Registration is completed online in Parent Portal. For help with Parent Portal and uploading documents, join us at one of our Registration Assistance Nights listed below.
ENROLLMENT ASSISTANCE NIGHTS
**Please Note: Parents from across the district may attend any one of the nights below to obtain help. The nights are not "campus specific."
Wednesday, April 10 at W.H. Burnett Early Childhood Center | 5:00 - 7:30 PM
Wednesday, April 17 at JW Long Elementary | 5:00 - 7:30 PM
Monday, April 22 at Gilbert Willie, Sr. Elementary | 5:00-7:30 PM
Wednesday, April 24 at Dr. Bruce Wood Elementary | 5:00 - 7:30 PM
If your child is a NEW student, please bring the following documents with you:
Proof of Residency (current electric, water or gas bill or lease/mortgage agreement in guardian's name)
Parent/Guardian Driver's License
Student's Birth Certificate
Student's Immunization Record
Student's Social Security Card
If your child is a RETURNING student, please bring the following document with you:
Proof of Residency (current electric, water or gas bill or lease/mortgage agreement in guardian's name)
